"Rød boks" is an ethnic food truck which proposes some fresh daily homemade smørrebrød, a famous Danish speciality. Based upon a fast food concept, the objective is to offer a fine and healthy meal even for the people who are used to "grab a quick bite" at midday.

Directly inspired by it's original country, "Rød boks" means "red box" in the Danish language. The term "box" is used to symbolize the truck along with the "take away" concept. The red color is a reminder of the danish flag and the patterns illustrate the box idea.
