Curriculum
I was born in France and did most of my studies there. In 2017 I graduated as an interior designer at the Créad Institute in Lyon. Prior to that, I worked in trade and studied management techniques for 6 years.
This has taught me a lot about marketing, competitive analysis and communication strategies.
The combination of these two professions gives me a very broad perspective. It allows me to better understand the strategic issues of my clients as well as the needs of their end customers. The alliance of Design and Marketing is for me, one of the keys to a functional and coherent holistic project.
After having worked for different interior design firms, including more than 3 and a half years for Atelier Hammerl & Dannenberg in Munich, Germany, I now offer my services as a freelancer.
How do I work
Juggling aesthetics, ergonomics and technicality, the world of design is exciting. Each project is a new challenge, each project is unique.
One of the most important points is to analyze and understand the stakes of the initial concept. The design must represent the intrinsic values of a project.
First, I analyze and explore the inherent components of the project to create relevant links between them. (Who is this for? What is the field of application? What is the message to be conveyed?...) In this way, I obtain a guideline to respect and a coherent identity. It will then be necessary to determine the elements that highlight the values of the project: materials, colors, lighting, furniture ...
These steps correctly completed will enable to reach a holistic and coherent concept.
Inspiration
Enthusiastic about improving and discovering different working approaches, I am always thrilled to collaborate with new colleagues. I am convinced that mutual enrichment multiplies imagination and enhances skills. Both are fundamental to increasing competitiveness.
I don't have a "favorite field" related to design and get inspired by several universes such as nature, science, artistic movements and society.
However, in recent years I have developed a particular interest in ecology.
Attentive and sensitive to the emergency of the climate threat, I have radically changed my consumption habits for several years now. I am convinced that the ecological approach is not a fad, but is becoming a growing and global awareness.
